② 개인정보 파기의 절차 및 방법은 다음과 같습니다.
- 파기절차 : 회사는 파기 사유가 발생한 개인정보를 선정하고, 회사의 개인정보 보호책임자의 승인을 받아 개인정보를 파기합니다.
- 파기방법 : 종이에 출력된 개인정보는 분쇄기로 분쇄하거나 소각처리하고 전자적 파일형태로 저장된 개인정보는 기록을 재생할 수 없는 기술적방법을 사용하여 삭제합니다.
③ 회사는 장기간(1년 이상) 로그인 하지 않은 미사용자의 개인정보보호를 위하여 다른 이용자의 개인정보와 분리하여 저장, 관리합니다. 정보 분리보관 상태인 ‘휴면 계정’의 해제를 위해서는 ‘본인인증’을 통해 해제가 가능하며 해제 후 정상적으로 서비스 이용이 가능합니다.
④ 회사는 휴면전환 30일 전까지 휴면예정 회원에게 별도 분리 보관되는 사실 및 휴면 예정일, 별도 분리 보관하는 개인정보 항목을 이메일, 문자 등 이용자에게 통지 가능한 방법으로 알리고 있습니다.
  휴면전환 5년을 경과한 회원의 경우 횡사의 탈퇴 방침에 의거하여 자동으로 탈퇴 처리되며, 해당 회원의 개인정보는 별도 보관없이 즉시 파기합니다.
⑤ 정보주체로부터 동의받은 개인정보 보유기간이 경과하거나 처리목적이 달성되었음에도 불구하고 다른 법령에 따라 개인정보를 계속 보존하여야 하는 경우, 다른 이용자의 개인정보와 분리하여 저장, 관리합니다.

 

Ⅵ. 정보주체의 권리·의무 및 행사방법

 

① 고객님께서는 언제든지 등록되어 있는 고객님의 개인정보를 열람하거나 수정하실 수 있습니다. 개인정보 열람 및 정정을 하고자 할 경우에는 회사 홈페이지 로그인 후 "마이페이지>회원정보수정"항목을 클릭하여 직접 열람 또는 정정하거나, 개인정보 보호책임자 및 개인정보 열람청구 담당자에게 서면, 전화 또는 이메일로 연락하시면 지체 없이 조치하겠습니다.
② 고객님께서 개인정보의 오류에 대한 정정을 요청한 경우, 정정을 완료하기 전까지 당해 개인 정보를 이용 또는 제공하지 않습니다.
③ 잘못된 개인정보를 제3자에게 이미 제공한 경우에는 정정 처리결과를 제3자에게 지체 없이 통지하여 정정하도록 조치하겠습니다.

 

Ⅶ. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치

 

회사는 이용자들의 개인정보를 처리함에 있어 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보를 위하여 다음과 같은 기술적/관리적 보호대책을 강구하고 있습니다.

② 해킹 등에 대비한 대책
회사는 해킹 등 외부 침입에 대비하여 각 서버마다 침입차단시스템 및 취약점 분석 시스템 등을 이용하여 보안에 만전을 기하고 있습니다.
③ 개인정보취급자 지정의 최소화 및 교육
회사는 개인정보 취급자를 지정하되 최소한으로 제한하며, 개인정보 취급자에 대한 교육 등 관리적 조치를 통해 개인정보보호의 중요성을 인식시키고 있습니다.
④ 관리적 조치
