Delivery

1. Available Area & Hours

We serve Manhattan & East River Side, Hudson River Side on a weekly basis and will continue to expand our delivery coverage area as we grow. All deliveries may be subject to delay due to weather or carrier availability.

2. Delivery Method

Our in-house couriers provide delivery service directly to your home. To maintain the freshness of cooking, we are optimizing packaging and doing our best to control food temperature.

3. Delivery Confirmation

We aim to deliver directly to the your doorstep whenever possible. However, if the security of the building does not allow access to the front of your home, it is stored at the front desk. If entry to the building is difficult, the packaging is stored in the safe area at the entrance of the building. If there is no safe area at the entrance of the building, our couriers will bring back the package to our kitchen and then reach out to reschedule a complimentary second attempt.

Payment

1. Payment Method

We accept most major credit(Visa, Master, AMEX, Discover) and debit(Visa, Master) cards via our payment processor, Stripe as well as PayPal. We can’t accept PayPal for the bi-weekly and every 4 weeks subscriptions service. You can add or delete cards in your account. We will send an order confirmation e-mail containing the receipt details.

2. Subscriptions

The first payment is processed at the start of your subscriptions. You will then be charged on weekly, bi-weekly or monthly(every 4 weeks) basis on the Sunday before your subscriptions date.

3. Refunds

We will refund via our payment processor, Stripe or Paypal. You will receive the refund into your account approximately 5-7 business days after the refund initiated.

Account & Orders

1. Infomation Update

You can update your E-mail, password, name, phone number, address book, and payment method in your account. To change e-mail or to remove a account, send us an e-mail at help@markethay.com.

2. Previous Orders

You can see previous orders on your account and change the items, the recipient address, the delivery date, and the message before an order has entered the order process. Please send us an e-mail at help@markethay.com.

3. Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order before an order has entered the order process. We will refund via our payment processor, Stripe or Paypal. You will receive the refund into your account approximately 5-7 business days after the refund is initiated. Please send us an e-mail at help@markethay.com.
